 Suntem bucurosi că sunteți oaspeții noștri. Pentru ca să vă simțiți cât mai bine la noi, vă rugăm să acordați câteva momente pentru a parcurge regulamentul de ordine interioară prezentat mai jos, care are rolul de a stabili premisele funcționării pensiunii în condiții civilizate, conform normelor legale. Acest regulament se aplică tuturor turiștilor, care îl acceptă prin cazarea lor în pensiune și trebuie să se conformeze fără limite sau rezerve.

Vă rugăm să respectați următoarele reguli ale casei:

Condiții de cazare:

·        Check-in-ul (intrarea în cameră) în ziua sosirii, se face începând cu ora 16:00.

·        Check-out-ul (ieșirea din cameră) în ziua plecării, se face până la ora 11:00.

1.ACCESUL, CAZAREA ȘI SPAȚIILE COMUNE:

Vă rugăm:

·        Trataţi cu grijă dotările şi ambianţa spaţiilor pensiunii.

·        Puteți să parcați mașina gratuit în incinta pensiunii noastre. Pensiunea are în dotare 4 locuri de parcare. Vă rugăm parcaţi autoturismul pe un singur loc de parcare, astfel încât, să încapă în total 4 mașini.

·        La plecarea din cameră vă rugăm să stingeţi lumina, televizorul și ventilatorul din baie și să vă asiguraţi că aţi închis robinetul de apă.

·        Plata pentru cazare se va încasa la sosire.

·        Cazarea în pensiune se face prezentând actul de identitate pentru înregistrare şi pentru eliberarea cheilor aferente. Din momentul preluării cheilor, turistul răspunde pentru camera rezervată şi spaţiile comune.

·        Capacitatea maximă de cazare/cameră este de două persoane iar în apartament este de 4 persoane. În 1 cameră există posibilitatea suplimentării numarului de locuri cu 1 loc pe un pat extensibil de 1 persoană care va fi pus la cerere și contra-cost.

·        Este INTERZIS fumatul în cameră, în baie și pe balcon. Locurile special amenajate în care se poate fuma sunt terasa și foișorul pensiunii, care sunt dotate cu scrumiere.

·        Vă puteți bucura de incinta exterioară din pensiune, de zona verde, de leagăn și de foișoarele amplasate afară.

·        Puteți folosi zona de Barbeque de afară dacă doriți să va bucurați de un grătar. Pentru a putea folosi zona de Barbeque, trebuie să vă achizionați cărbuni sau lemne de la magazinele sau benzinăriile din zonă. În zona de Barbeque, veți găsi o perie de sârmă și un aprinzător pe care le puteți folosi. După folosirea zonei de Barbeque, vă rugăm să o lasați curată.

·        Vă puteți bucura de zona din grădină special amenajată pentru foc de tabară. Dacă doriți să faceți foc de tabără în zona special amenajată de afară, vă rugăm să vă achiziționați lemne, carbuni, brichete de rumeguș sau peleți, de la magazinele sau benzinăriile din zonă.

·        Vă puteți relaxa în zona de living de lângă sala de mese. Acolo, veți găsi un televizor, jocuri și o tablă de Darts. Vă rugăm să acordați atenție tablei de Darts, având grijă de ea. Acordați atenție copiilor atunci când folosiți tabla de Darts și săgețile ei de oțel.

2.RESTAURANT

·        În incinta pensiunii, avem un restaurant unde servim mâncare pentru clienții noștri, micul dejun și cina.

·        Cina se prepară după un meniu prestabilit în fiecare zi de către personalul pensiunii, pe care îl veți găsi afișat pe holul pensiunii cu mâncarea care se va servi la cină în ziua respectivă.

·        Dacă aveți o intoleranță alimentară sau o restricție de a mânca unele alimente (de origine animală) sau orice alt aliment, vă rugăm să ne anunțați dinainte, astfel încât, să avem timp suficient pentru a vă pregăti un alt preparat alimentar pe care să-l puteți servi.

·        Dacă atunci când a-ți făcut rezervarea, nu a-ți optat pentru opțiunea de masă, mic dejun sau cină sau pentru ambele, puteți solicita acest lucru anunțându-ne atunci când ajungeți la cazare.

·        Lista de prețuri pentru micul dejun și cina le puteți găsi afișate pe holul pensiunii sau jos, cum se merge spre sala de mese.

·        Meniurile prestabilite sunt compuse din preparate tradiționale, pregătite specific zonei, așa cum se face la noi în Maramu, cu produse locale.

3.REGULI DE ORDINE INTERIOARĂ:

Este interzis:

·        Fumatul şi vapatul (ţigara electronică – conform hot. C.E.) în camera şi în celelalte spaţii ale pensiunii. Locurile special amenajate în care se poate fuma sunt terasa și foișorul pensiunii, care sunt dotate cu scrumiere.

·        Aruncarea mucurilor de țigări în alt loc decât în scrumiere.

·        Deteriorarea obiectelor din dotarea pensiunii. În caz contrar, responsabilii datorează societăţii comerciale contravaloarea obiectului deteriorat.

·        Plecarea din incinta pensiunii cu obiecte din dotarea acesteia

·        Muzica la volum ridicat atât în interior cât și în exterior sau la ore care deranjează vecinii.

·        Deranjarea vecinilor în orice alt mod.

·        Accesul în spaţiile destinate personalului pensiunii.

·        Accesul în pensiune a persoanelor care nu sunt cazate, dacă acestea nu au fost anunţate anterior.

·        Persoanele care sunt în vizită trebuie să părăsească pensiunea până cel târziu ora 23:30.

·        Introducerea în pensiune a armamentului, armelor albe sau substanţelor interzise prin lege.

·        Conform legislaţiei române, consumul sau comercializarea de substanţe halucinogene sau psihotrope sunt interzise şi se pedepsesc conform legii în vigoare.

Este obligatoriu pentru turiști:

·        Să nu-şi lase copiii nesupravegheaţi.

·        Să anunţe cât de repede posibil orice defecţiune a aparatelor sau a instalaţiilor din dotare.

·        Să nu folosească prosoapele pentru: şters părul vopsit / demachiat / curăţat încălţămintea / geamantanele / pardoseala etc. A se folosi pentru uz corporal exclusiv.

·        Să respecte orele de odihnă din pensiune: 23:00 – 8:00.

·        În cazul plecării anticipate trebuie anunţat personalul pensiunii înainte.

Alte mențiuni:

·        Orice accident produs ca urmare a utilizării necorespunzătoare a obiectelor din dotare sau nerespectării prezentului regulament, nu este responsabilitatea noastră.

·        Orice accident produs ca urmare a nesupravegherii copiilor, nu este responsabilitatea noastră.

·        Gunoiul şi resturile menajere se vor depozita în coşurile de gunoi amplasate pe raza pensiunii. Dacă doriți să reciclați sticlele sau pet-urile, vă rugăm să le lăsați lângă coșurile de gunoi amplaste pe raza pensiunii.

·        Nu aruncati in WC obiecte care ar putea conduce la avarierea /înfundarea canalizării.

·        Dacă doriți să vă fie schimbate prosoapele, vă rugăm să ne anunțați sau să semnalați acest lucru folosind eticheta de ușă din dulap.

·        Predarea cheilor se va face numai dupa verificarea pensiunii de către personalul de serviciu.

·        Pentru orice distrugere sau avariere a bunurilor, sau nerespectarea normelor de curăţenie şi linişte, se vor lua măsuri în consecinţă şi se vor achita sumele aferente reparării daunelor produse.

·        Acest regulament vine în întâmpinarea aşteptărilor turiştilor noştri. În cazul nerespectării uneia sau mai multor restricţii din acest regulament, ne rezervăm dreptul de a acţiona conform legii pentru încălcarea proprietăţii private sau a regulilor interne ale acesteia.

·        Întreaga incintă este supravegheată video în permanenţă. Aceste înregistrări vor fi utilizate doar în cazuri de nerespectare a regulamentului de ordine interioară

·        Pensiunea Acasă în Maramu, nu-şi asumă responsabilitatea pentru pierderea sau dispariţia lucrurilor personale lăsate nesupravegheate sau uitate.

4. PROTECȚIA MEDIULUI:

·        Pentru igienizarea lenjeriilor de pat şi a prosoapelor sunt utilizaţi detergenţi, înălbitori şi produse de împrospătare de la spălătoriile profesionale. Toate acestea ajung în apă, iar apoi, aceasta este deversată în sistemul de canalizare.

·        Orice economie a apei, ne ajută în protecţia resurselor naturale.

·        Nu uita că apa este una din principalele resurse naturale şi nu toţi oamenii beneficiază la discreţie de aceasta. Apreciază acest beneficiu şi economiseşte-o. Nu aştepta până în momentul în care vei fi privat de ea.

·        În dorinţa de a proteja mediul înconjurător, vă rugăm nu aruncanţi în canalizare pungi de plastic, hârtie nedegradabilă, substanţe chimice care fie nu se descompun, fie distrug flora bacteriană, afectand astfel solul.

House Rules

 

We are glad that you are our guests. In order for you to feel as comfortable as possible with us, please take a few moments to review the internal order regulations presented below, which serve to establish the premises for the functioning of the guesthouse in civilized conditions, in accordance with legal norms. This regulation applies to all tourists, who accept it by their accommodation in the guesthouse and must comply without limits or reservations.

Please respect the following house rules:

Accommodation conditions:

• Check-in (entering the room) on the day of arrival, is from 16:00.

• Check-out (exiting the room) on the day of departure, is by 11:00.

1. ACCESS, ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS:

Please:

• Treat the facilities and ambiance of the guesthouse spaces with care.

• You can park your car for free in our guesthouse. The guesthouse has 4 parking spaces. Please park your car in a single parking space, so that there is room for 4 cars in total.

• When leaving the room, please turn off the light, TV and bathroom fan and make sure that you have turned off the water tap.

• Payment for accommodation will be collected upon arrival.

• Accommodation in the guesthouse is made by presenting an identity document for registration and for the issuance of the related keys. From the moment of receiving the keys, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room and common spaces.

• The maximum accommodation capacity/room is two people and in the apartment is 4 people. In 1 room there is the possibility of supplementing the number of places with 1 place on an extendable bed for 1 person that will be placed on request and for a fee.

• Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the room, in the bathroom and on the balcony. The specially arranged places where you can smoke are the terrace and the gazebo of the guesthouse, which are equipped with ashtrays.

• You can enjoy the outdoor area of ​​the guesthouse, the green area, the swing and the gazebos located outside.

• You can use the outdoor Barbeque area if you want to enjoy a barbecue. In order to use the Barbeque area, you must purchase coal or wood from the shops or gas stations in the area. In the Barbeque area, you will find a wire brush and a lighter that you can use. After using the Barbeque area, please leave it clean.

• You can enjoy the area in the garden specially arranged for a campfire. If you want to make a campfire in the specially arranged area outside, please purchase wood, coal, sawdust briquettes or pellets from the shops or gas stations in the area.

• You can relax in the living area next to the dining room. There, you will find a TV, games and a dart board. Please pay attention to the dart board, taking care of it. Pay attention to children when using the dart board and its steel darts.

 

2. RESTAURANT

• Within the pension, we have a restaurant where we serve food for our customers, breakfast and dinner.

• Dinner is prepared according to a pre-established menu every day by the pension staff, which you will find displayed in the pension lobby with the food that will be served for dinner that day.

• If you have a food intolerance or a restriction to eat some foods (of animal origin) or any other food, please let us know in advance, so that we have enough time to prepare another food dish for you to serve.

• If when you made your reservation, you did not opt ​​for the meal option, breakfast or dinner or both, you can request this by notifying us when you arrive at the accommodation.

• You can find the price list for breakfast and dinner displayed in the hostel lobby or downstairs, as you go to the dining room.

• The pre-established menus are composed of traditional dishes, prepared specifically for the area, as is done here in Maramu, with local products.

 

3. HOUSEHOLD RULES:

It is prohibited:

• Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette - according to the EC decision) in the room and in the other spaces of the hostel. The specially arranged places where you can smoke are the terrace and the gazebo of the hostel, which are equipped with ashtrays.

• Throwing cigarette butts in a place other than in the ashtrays.

• Damage to objects in the hostel. Otherwise, those responsible owe the company the equivalent value of the damaged object.

• Leaving the guesthouse with objects from its equipment

• Playing loud music both indoors and outdoors or at times that disturb the neighbors.

• Disturbing the neighbors in any other way.

• Access to spaces intended for the guesthouse staff.

• Access to the guesthouse by people who are not accommodated, if they have not been previously notified.

• Visitors must leave the guesthouse by 23:30 at the latest.

• Bringing weapons, edged weapons or substances prohibited by law into the guesthouse.

• According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and is punishable by law.

It is mandatory for tourists to:

• Not leave their children unattended.

• To report any malfunction of the equipment or installations as soon as possible.

• Not to use the towels for: wiping dyed hair / removing makeup / cleaning shoes / suitcases / floors, etc. To be used exclusively for body use.

• To respect the guesthouse's rest hours: 23:00 – 8:00.

• In case of early departure, the guesthouse staff must be notified in advance.

Other notes:

• Any accident resulting from improper use of the items provided or failure to comply with these regulations is not our responsibility.

• Any accident resulting from unsupervised children is not our responsibility.

• Garbage and household waste will be deposited in the trash cans located within the pension. If you wish to recycle bottles or PET bottles, please leave them next to the trash cans located within the pension.

• Do not throw objects into the toilet that could damage/clog the sewer.

• If you wish to have your towels changed, please let us know or indicate this using the door label in the closet.

• The keys will be handed over only after the pension has been checked by the service staff.

• For any destruction or damage to property, or failure to comply with the rules of cleanliness and quiet, appropriate measures will be taken and the amounts related to the repair of the damages caused will be paid.

• This regulation meets the expectations of our tourists. In case of failure to comply with one or more restrictions in this regulation, we reserve the right to act according to the law for violation of private property or its internal rules.

• The entire premises are under constant video surveillance. These recordings will be used only in cases of failure to comply with the internal order regulation

• Pensiunea Acasa in Maramu, does not assume responsibility for the loss or disappearance of personal belongings left unattended or forgotten

4. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION:

• Detergents, bleaches and fresheners from professional laundries are used to sanitize bed linen and towels. All of these end up in the water, which is then discharged into the sewage system.

• Any water saving helps us protect natural resources.

• Do not forget that water is one of the main natural resources and not all people benefit from it at their discretion. Appreciate this benefit and save it. Do not wait until the moment when you are deprived of it.

• In the desire to protect the environment, please do not throw plastic bags, non-degradable paper, chemicals that either do not decompose or destroy bacterial flora, thus affecting the soil, into the sewer.
